ICST partners with Higher Education Press, China's leading academic and scientific publisher
March 20, 2008Following a series of high level meetings, ICST and Higher Education Press, China's leading academic and scientific publisher, agreed to start their long-term cooperation framework by publishing the best papers of the Third International Conference on Communications and Networking in China (ChinaCom 2008) in the ``Frontiers of Computer Science in China''. This academic / scientific journal is joint publication of HEP and Springer, ICST's main publishing partner in Europe. The agreement between ICST and HEP has been reached in the spirit of a more expansive collaboration initiative particularly regarding the establishment of ICST's World Chapter in China.
